Growing Smiles Project

My name is Karly Parker, and I’m reaching out alongside my project partner, Valerie Osundina. We are both members of HOSA Future Health Professionals and are currently on the dental career path at Foster High School.

We’re working on a community initiative called Growing Smiles, which focuses on providing essential dental care items to individuals in need, particularly those in local homeless shelters and nursing homes.

As part of this project, we are kindly asking local dental clinics and community members if they would be willing to support our efforts by donating funds for us to purchase dental equipment or hygiene supplies such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, or mouthwash.

Your contribution would make a meaningful difference and help us promote oral health while giving back to underserved members of our community. In appreciation of your support, we will be publicly recognizing and giving credit to all clinics and companies that partner with us through social media, our school’s community outreach channels, and in any presentations related to the project.
