Growing Hope for Nadine

My mom, Nadine Anderson, is the most kind hearted woman you'd ever meet. She is the strongest person I know. Her faith is unbreakable. On January 18th 2022 my mom went to have a petscan her doctor ordered to check on her back that had been hurting her since September the previous year. That day my mom sat down and told me and my brother the worst news my family had heard since my parents lost their home in hurricane Laura. Our mother was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. The cancer had already spread from her breast, down her spine, and to her back and hips. Even though it was her with the horrible terminal illness, all of our lives have changed. It got worse before it started to get better. Bills started to pile up. Medicine, hospital visits, dr visits, shots, radiation, chemo, walkers, wheelchairs, etc. Though my parents have had health insurance always, insurance is no help. Unable to get any assistance has left my parents wondering if they will have to stop her treatment if they can't pay the insane amount of medical bills that continue to roll in. My name is Jamie Ann Semmes, I am Nadine Ann Anderson's daughter who takes care of her and helps her with her duties at home during the weekdays since her diagnoses. I'm coordinating a fundraiser for my mother to help with medical bills. Even just a prayer is greatly appreciated.
