I’m Garda Mahmood and I’m fundraising for Movember because men in our lives need better care, stronger support, and more honest conversations. Too many men struggle silently with mental health, too many face prostate or testicular cancer without enough prevention or early detection, and I want to be part of changing that story. Growing a mustache started as a simple thing, but it became a way to spark real change — and I’m proud to stand with a movement that turns small acts into lifesaving outcomes.

Movember funds research, builds supportive communities, and backs programs that work to reduce suicide, improve mental health, and fight prostate and testicular cancer. I believe in their approach: challenge harmful norms, support proven interventions, and make sure men get the care they need earlier.
