This November, I’m putting down the razor and taking on No Shave November in memory of my dad, Gary DiStefano.
My dad faced dementia with all the strength he had. Watching someone you love fight this disease is a heavy burden—one that far too many families are forced to carry every single day.
Every itchy day I spend growing out this beard is a small reminder of a much bigger mission: bringing us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s.
