Growing Solidarity and Resiliency

Donation protected
We believe that we have a collective responsibility to each other to make sure that everyone has access to life-giving food! We see this work not as charity but as a commitment to mutual thriving. We know that we can't be nourished if our neighbors are hungry.

As farmers we work rain or shine to feed our community but we need your help to make sure we support each other in sharing in the harvest. Will you help us grow solidarity by donating to our fund that covers the cost of families shares who could not afford it otherwise?

As well as working to WIDEN access to our food we are also trying to DEEPEN our local food-shed's resiliency. Our food system has centralized the production of many of our staple foods. As we progress further down the road of climate instability, we believe it essential that small farms be supported in decentralizing production. When we are able to produce more localized crops of grains, vegetable proteins, and other staple crops we are investing in agroecological diversity as resiliency to an unstable climate that can easily cause massive disruption to centralized commercial production.

Will you help us deepen our local food system's resiliency by donating towards our $3500? $500 of which will go towards a small space for drying our first trial crops of peanuts, sorghum and flour corn.

We are just one small farm striving in these uncertain times to do what we can to sow seeds of a more beautiful and just world for our future. Will you join us in whatever way you can?
