Grow our communities

Currently the world is going through pain of injustice in black communities. As a black male and police officer, I feel it is my duty to assist in filling the hole of the lack of black police in our communities. The lack of officer that look like the people they police its unsettling. If change is to be made within the police force, half of it comes from within the force. As a police officer that is huge into the community and seeing its growth. If i can raise money and guide black youth into these positions, I will have done my part in the change that needs to come. If i can pay for just one persons academy its a start.
