More information about Brookfields School Association: To advance the education of pupils at Brookfields School, by assisting in the provision of facilities or resources [not required to be provided by the LEA] for their development. To promote the social inclusion and community development of pupils and their families, by providing opportunities and experiences not available or otherwise restricted due to disabilities at wider community events.

Charity Group Cycle Marathon, Are you up for the challenge?!

Join the Nuffield Health team in helping raising money through the love of Group Cycle. With 7, 1 hour classes run be various members of our fitness team not only is it for a good cause but also promote good health through exercise. This Class will be open to Members and Non-Members with everyone that participates will also receive a free one day guest pass.

All we ask to participate if you could donate to the cause via Charity bucket which will be there on the day or through the just giving page

The Cause:

Our Personal Trainer Ashley Thorne the organiser of this event is raising money for the Brookfield School Association. Brookfield School is a one of the Special Needs School based in West Berkshire.

This school holds a special place in Ashley heart as his Non-Verbal Son Fraser goes to this very school and in Ashley’s words has helped his son improve in his communication and helps him live a better quality of life.

CLASSES:

Each Group Cycle Class will be an hour long with various instructors. Classes are open to all levels of fitness and there will be an intro at the start for anyone needing help setting up the bikes.

The classes will be as followed

10:00 – 11:00

11:15 – 12:15

12:30 – 13:30

13:45 – 14:45

15:00 – 16:00

16:15 – 17:15

17:30 – 18:30
