Ground Support has been servicing SoHo for more than ten years; we've been there through Hurricane Sandy and the 2016 election, serving coffee with a smile. Now in the midst of this pandemic your baristas need your support!
“Hey all you cool cats and kittens! It’s Carol Baskin from Big Cat Rescue. Just kidding, it’s Hannah from GS. We miss seeing your shining faces everyday, and I can’t wait to be back serving the best crowd in NYC! Thank you for your support and positivity now and always."

“I (low key) miss Warby Fridays.”

"I'm finding a lot of comfort in this season as the earth has halted all of us and gave humanity a moment to reflect. I have learned a lot in the tranquility, and enjoyed seeing the "backstage" life of parents, healthcare, delivery, and all the jobs that are truly the backbone of this society. Here's hoping to the new normal that will rise from these ashes! Hoping you have great growth and wisdom from these times, see you soon!"
~ Simon

"Honestly, I’m speechless. But, putting all pride aside, we need your help. I understand this is a difficult time for everyone as a collective experiencing the devastating events of CoVid19. But if you can find it in your power to assist, it would be much obliged! I miss seeing and serving you all amazing coffee. Whether we communicated 30 seconds or 30 minutes, every single interaction was a great experience that I wouldn’t trade for the world! Stay safe and I hope to see your beautiful faces again soon."
