Ground Level started with a simple idea: the strongest foundations are built from the ground up.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was where that foundation began for me, and it changed my life.
It gave me discipline, confidence, and a community that pushed me to become a better version of myself. The lessons I learned on the mats went far beyond the sport.
Not every kid gets access to something like that.
That’s a big part of why I started the Ground Level Future Foundation. To help create opportunities for young people who may not have access to mentorship, structure, or positive environments where they can grow.
A portion of the funds raised will go toward humanitarian organizations helping children around the world, including the PCRF, Doctors Without Borders, and Save the Children. These organizations provide medical care, humanitarian aid, and critical support to children affected by war, poverty, and crisis.
Another portion of the funds will go toward martial arts training scholarships for underprivileged youth across the globe, helping cover training, equipment, uniforms, and competition fees so kids can access the same type of environment that change their life.
Through Ground Level events, our community has already raised thousands of dollars for charitable causes and youth programs. This fundraiser is another step toward building the Ground Level Future Foundation and eventually transitioning it into a registered nonprofit so we can expand the work even further.
Thank you to everyone supporting and helping us build this from the ground level.
