Ken, Holly and their four beautiful children are loved beyond measure by their family, friends, and community abroad. This is not the result of chance, but a true testament to the compassionate, kind, generous, and genuine qualities that encompass their beings. Every passing and each life touched have left a legacy of love and admiration. It is now time to wrap around this family and offer what support and comfort we can during an incredibly difficult time. As the COVID-19 pandemic is limiting the ways in which we can support Ken, Holly and family, this is one way we can move forward during this time.  

Towards the end of December 2019, Holly’s battle with stage 4 Small-cell Carcinoma came to light. While Holly’s tenacity, cheerfulness and kindness never wavered, her health has taken a toll and her time is now limited. Holly, you have inspired and reminded us all to live life to the fullest, to appreciate the small things and to hold those you love close. You are a role model, a hero. 

Ken, your dedication and unconditional love is inspiring. As a first responder working 24/7 volunteering for the Lantzville Fire Department - your commitment to continuously giving to your community is something  that we all admire. Although having to pull back from the role as a First Responder to care for your 4 children, care for Holly, continue working to uphold the demands, and battle a global pandemic - you carry yourself with pride and a smiling face.
