Help Needed for Urgent Oral Surgery

Hey guys..!!! I’d hate to come to this but I’m in dire need of oral surgery. I went bowling this past monday and face planted the floor which resulted in the loss of my front teeth and I have a fractured bone in my face. I would really be grateful for anything to help towards it. My appointment is next Thursday and I have to pay out of pocket after surgery. Please help.! Anything will do! Thanks !
