Theodore "Griff" Griffin was a fixture of the Port Washington community for over 50 years. He suddenly passed away in November of 2016, a devastating loss felt not only by his immediate family but by all who were lucky enough to know him the course of his life time. Griff worked at Ghost motorcycles for over 30 years and was instrumental in starting the Bicycle Moto X fad and as such was a mentor and a friend to many, many children over the years. He was a vietnam vet serving 2 tours of duty. Griff worked alongside Augie DeFeo at Competition Glass for over 20 years. He was a devoted and loyal husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, friend and employee. He touched countless lives with his kindness, gentleness and genorosity. He will most be remembered for his warmth and hugh smile that he so willingly bestowed upon all that crossed his path. As result of his untimely death, his widow Jesse and family are faced not only with the loss of this wonderful man but with considerable expenses creating a sizable financial burden. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and go a long way to helping his family make ends meet at this most difficult time. Griffin's absence will always be felt by so many. We will continue to miss him daily and to pray for his family.
