This is Griffin's older sister.  On July 20th my beloved brother passed away suddenly from heart failure. Griffin was born with congenital complete heart block that was diagnosed before he was born. He received his first pacemaker at 4 days old and throughout his life he had 3 more surgeries, each time receiving  new pacemaker. He was given a 10% chance to live before he was born, in our family he was a miracle baby.  Griffin lived for 28 years with complete heartblock and in the cardiology practice that treated him, he has been the youngest patient to receive a pacemaker for congenital complete heart block to date. Griffin lived his life to the fullest to say the least. Griffin was enthusiastic about life, music and everything in between. He always stood up for someone who couldn't stand up for themselves. He was simply the most sentimental, caring person I knew. He was a family man, a teddy bear. He was dynamic and in the local metal community he was a vocalist, a mentor, a "father" and a giant among men. 

On July 20th my baby brother lost his battle with his heart condition and passed suddenly from heart failure. My wish is to raise money to cover funeral services and medical bills to take the burden from my parents. 
To everyone who loved him...I know he loved you too. He was a deepy emotional person and his friends and family were his world. Thank you to anyone who has taken a moment to read this story.
