Ms. Griffin is a single mom who works 3 jobs to provide for her two children. There was an electrical fire in her condo January 14, 2018. She and her two children got out safe- Praise the Lord!
Ms. Griffin is a single mom who works 3 jobs to provide for her two children. At this time, she doesn't have a working vehicle and she lost all of her embroidery/vinyl equipment and materials - so she is unable to perform two of her jobs. She did not have renter's insurance so will likely be reimbursed for nothing.
They are in need of a place to live, somewhere in the price range of $800/month. They will need a washer and dryer depending on where they end up. They also need furniture (living room, bedroom, kitchen).

hair dryers
soap (Irish Spring)
shampoo (Head and Shoulders)
hair straightener
toothpaste (Crest or Aim)
deodorant (Suave, Secret, Old Spice)

Ms. Griffin is a loved colleague and friend! She works her tail off and is one of the most generous women I know. When I spoke with her about her needs - she was so hesitant to ask for anything because she felt bad about asking others for help. So let's rally around her and show her how much she is loved!
Gift cards are welcome - we can provide transportation so she can go get the things she needs.
