Griffin Shaw Memorial Scholarship Fund

Every year for the month of October (Griffins birthday month), Bryan and I plan on raising funds to replenish the Griffin Shaw Memorial Scholarship Fund.  Last year, we were able to give $7,000 in scholarship money to 3 special and deserving children at Griffin's wonderful school, ISW Academy (www.itsasensoryworld.org).   The deserving recipients were: Jonah Addison, Harper Pickard, and David Bittick.  We were also able to use $1000 of the fund to help the Lopez family during Covid due to loss of job . This school was such a blessing for us and for Griffin.  It provides a unique learning environment for children with special needs and learning differences.
The cost for such programs can be overwhelming and this scholarship gave four deserving families a bit of a reprieve.   Although Griffin would be 10 years old this birthday, his legacy and life live on through his scholarship fund.
