Hello everyone my name is ,Mariana Grifaldo.I’m reaching out for help. My family lost everything early Christmas Eve due to a fire, a complete accident caused by an electrical shortage in a bedroom. There were 8 people in the home —my mother, Ruperta Leal, 68; my father, Manuel Grifaldo, 57; my  sister, Neomi Gonzales her husband, Genaro Ramirez and their 4 children ages 16, 12, 10, and 4. As you can imagine they are heart broken. My father and mother are very old school and believe in saving money at home, not using bank accounts. They bought this house cash with savings over 25 yrs ago. We all grew up in this house and in a matter of minutes it was  gone. His savings too.  With nothing left,  not even backpacks or notebooks for school or even a car for work, they will start all over. Anything is appreciated. Shoes, clothes, scrubs for work, mattresses, towels, sheets, shoes, everything  helps.  Dog food is also appreciated. We lost two puppies in this fire but three dogs survived. My family is a great believer in God and his work. His blessings have touched us in many ways, and we know that together we will help them get though this.  I am not asking for a new home, I’m reaching out so my parents, and my sisters family can have some where to start. My nieces and nephews were supposed to be opening gifts tonight and now they have nothing.
