GRID GYM MOVEMBER - A KILO A LIFE.

In the UK alone last year, 5,224 people took their own life, with over 75% coming from males .

 

My Name is Joe Green, and I'm going to be taking on a challenge honouring every single one of those lives, ever single day throughout November.

 

Throughout November, I'm going to be lifting 1kg for every life lost, every day (5,224 kg per day), which totals up to nearly 57 tonnes.

 

I know on a first hand basis how difficult mental health issues can be to overcome without the support of others, which is why I'm raising money for Movember Europe, a charity who help others with their struggles.

 

Any donations are appreciated beyond what I can put into words, and we have a target to raise 5,244 which is the equivalent of just £1 per life lost to suicide in 2020.
