Kristine has to have surgery because she has a fibroid (non cancerous tumor) in her uterus. The fibroid is 5cm and her uterus is 6cm; this is creating a lot of pain as well as other female problems. The doctor wanted to have it removed as soon as possible so her surgery is scheduled for June 1st. We have to pay 25% for the surgery that her insurance won't cover and we have to pay it by May 26th or they won't operate. Also she will have to be out of work for 3 weeks without pay.
