Grey Skies Director’s Cut

Hey all - Kai here…. As some of you know, I’ve been laboring over the Director’s Cut of my 2010 feature film, “Grey Skies” and I’ve finally completed what is a completely different film than the original release. I can’t wait to share this with everyone, but I need some funds to have it professionally finished before I can do that. The sound needs to be properly mixed and mastered, as does the visual component as well. This is the final stage before release. I’ve spent the past 6 months re-editing (starting from scratch), reshooting new footage, writing and recording the new score, placing all of the sound and even recording tons of new foley sounds, alien voices, etc… I also created brand new visual f/x, both digital and practical, that bring this film to another level entirely. And I’ve been doing all of this on my own time, without pay - which is fine because this is a labor of love. I want to prove that this film is something special and I think I’ve done that with this cut. Now that I’ve finally completed all of that work, I have reached the limits of my capabilities as far as completing it. I need some professionals to now step in to make the look and sound perfect before I can have it released. Any and all help is so greatly appreciated. If I meet my goal, every person who donates will be mentioned in the final credits of the film in their own special section.
