Sadly our world came to a complete stop on December 5th. My mom Stephanies heart stopped rather suddenly. My 15 year old brother had to call ems and it took quite a while to be able to bring her back. She has suffered severe damage from that. She’s in multi organ failure and has an anoxic brain injury. They had to place a tracheal tube for breathing and a feeding tube. She’s stable but we are now playing the waiting game. We’re looking at quite a long road to recovery here. She was moved from the hospital and into a long term care facility.

Shes a single mom who has done her absolute best to provide us with everything. The expenses of everything are overwhelming to say the least. We don’t know how long we will be living this nightmare. She has insurance but not everything is covered. Bills are adding up fast. I’m now solely responsible for my little brother and all of our living expenses.
