Greswell Primary School EYFS playground

I am a parent at Greswell Primary School in Denton, Tameside.

The school are in desperate need of your help to repair the EYFS playground. Recently, the bandstand/outdoor classroom was demolished following orders after a site survey from Cadent; due to a gas pipe being buried on the border of the bandstand. A company was hired to demolish and take it to ground level, and rake if possible as it was not known what was underneath. Unfortunately the area is no longer in a suitable condition. Alongside this some of the the equipment is now beyond repair and the playground itself is becoming an eyesore and not a very pleasant learning environment.

The school's EYFS team are hoping to raise funds to have the playground transformed into a bright and fun learning environment but this comes at a hefty cost. Unfortunately the school do not have spare money for this, and lack of school funding for this purpose means that they are hoping to reach out to the school community and wider community for any contributions people are able to make. The school would also welcome any local companies that can help them in any way to reach their goal.
