My name is Gina, and I’ve dreamed of this for as long as I can remember.
I recently received 501(c)(3) nonprofit approval to bring Gren Village to life- a sanctuary for senior and special needs dogs, and a peaceful, healing space for humans who need a second chance too.
Gren Village is named after Grendel Marie, my original potato. She was with me through every twist and collapse of my life. She was the foundation- the one who taught me loyalty, laughter, and resilience. This village exists because she existed. Her presence built something in me that I’m now ready to share with others. Gren Village is her legacy.
But Gren Village isn’t just for dogs. It’s for the people who love them. I want to create a place where people can breathe, grieve, rest, and reconnect- with dogs, with nature, and with themselves.
To do this right, I’m raising $100,000 to launch Phase 1 of Gren Village:
• Secure land to begin building ($50,000)
• Safe fencing, shelter, and utilities for senior and special needs dogs ($25,000)
• Medical and enrichment space for rehabilitation and long-term care ($10,000)
• Zoning, licensing, insurance, and operating setup ($12,000)
• Outreach, branding, and awareness tools to build community support ($3,000)
Gren Village is an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations are now tax-deductible.
EIN: 39-2331309
If you believe in second chances… if you’ve ever loved a dog like family… if you’ve ever needed a place to catch your breath and feel whole again…
This is your moment to be part of something real.
Thank you for believing in this vision, and in me.
