Alright, folks, I've got a situation. A serious situation. You see, I've been feeling like a walking, talking, incredibly tired zombie lately. Turns out, it's not just the existential dread of adulting; it's this little jerk of a tumor named Grendel that's been crashing the party in my pituitary gland.

I mean, can you believe this guy? He's not only taking up valuable real estate in my head, but he's also got the audacity to cause all sorts of hormonal havoc. I'm talking mood swings that would make a teenage girl blush, energy levels of a sloth on vacation, and a metabolism that's decided to hibernate for the winter. It's like living in a never-ending episode of "Survivor" without the reward challenges or the hot castaways.

So, I'm launching this GoFundMe to fund my quest to become Grendel-free. Every dollar donated will go towards funding my medical expenses, therapy for my poor, overworked thyroid, and possibly a small army of tiny, ninja-like surgeons to extract this pesky little tumor.
