Greg Walker-kiss cancer good bye
Donation protected

Greg served in the US Navy prior to becoming a Trooper. Greg is a loyal family man. He has volunteered many hours coaching youth sports and is always supporting his local teams. His wife, Julie, has also served the community as a bilingual dispatcher for the city for many years. Recently, she has taken a job helping and supporting children and parents in the foster care system. The Walker family are friends to many. They are loved and respected for their continuous kindness and generosity.
Most recently, Greg’s treatments are inhibiting his ability to work so he has been off work for most of the last year. Julie has exhausted her vacation and sick leave to take him to and from treatments as well as taking time to care for him at home. Cancer treatments are very expensive, recent options are not covered by insurance, not to mention missing work, paying for travel expenses and trying to raise a family. Everyone would agree that cancer causes so much stress for a family both physically and mentally. With all the other stresses involved, we hate to see financial stress added. All of us who know Greg know he would never ask for help yet always, be the first to help anyone in need. With that, we also know they both have touched the lives of many friends, family and our community. Here is an opportunity to give back to a family that has given so much. Large or small every donation helps. A party/auction/dinner is also being planned for those who are able to attend. Please support Greg Walker and his family.
