Greg's Fight: From ICU to Recovery
Donation protected

Will you please donate? Any amount you can spare will help to keep Greg alive and help both of us from becoming homeless.
Hello, my husband, Greg, was admitted to ICU 14 days ago with kidney failure, sepsis, systemic bacterial infection, and is currently on dialysis. He had to be put on life support, because his entire body began to shut down.
UPDATE: 5/25/2025 Greg has been transferred out of ICU and doctors are still waiting for complete test results from his kidney biopsy. He is still recovering from kidney failure, pneumonia, and a systemic bacterial infection, but he continues to make progress each day. His road to recovery will continue for quite some time. He will still need hemodialysis and home health care after he returns home.
Your help is desperately needed. We are blessed that our medical insurance will cover his stay at the hospital, but Greg is obviously unable to work, and he is the primary source of income for us. I'm also unable to work because of my disability. This has caused us to lose our home, so we're living in a hotel with a fully equipped kitchen; however, this may no longer be possible because we have no income. We may be homeless soon. I would like him to be able to continue his recovery in a clean environment and proper housing that will be conducive to bringing him back to good health.
He is self-employed and before being admitted to ICU, he worked hard and tirelessly to provide for us so we could have a roof over our heads and food on the table.
Could you please donate even if it's $5 to help cover the cost of recovering properly (food, transportation, and appropriate housing) so we do not become homeless?
Thank you so very much in advance for your consideration. Your invaluable contribution will greatly help us. Also, thank you again for those who have generously donated and kept him in your prayers for a complete recovery to good health.❤️
With sincerity,
Michele-
