My goal is to help raise money and promote the effect of mental health in both men and women

I picked this charity cause I believe every body has been affected by mental health either on themselves or someone close.

More information about Pieta: We’re Pieta, the charity that prevents suicide and self-harm. That means being there for you if you are self-harming, struggling with suicidal thoughts, or have lost someone to suicide. Every year nearly 500 people in Ireland take their own lives, Pieta exists to change this by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together through Darkness Into Light.
