I was born with a heredity kidney disease, medullary sponge kidney, which is only passed from mothers to their sons. My sweet wife donated one of her kidneys, and it lasted longer then the doctors expected,  but I now need another :-(

 I am on dialysis currently but it is not anything like a real kidney.  In fact,  it caused me to have a heart attack because a machine can not regulate your metabolism like the miraculous kidney which does that and so much more.

I am hoping to raise some funds for a kidney transplant to pay the costs and meds that are not covered by insurance.  Shands Hospital likes to see money in a dedicated account before getting on the transplant list.  This is to be sure I can cover costs-especially the anti-rejection meds.
