Gregory Bodie’s Medical Expense Fund
Donation protected
Gregory Bodie is a Sickle Cell patient and has been experiencing health challenges for years due to this. At the age of 40 he had a hip replacement surgery in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Over the years, he has endured excruciating pain and his condition seems to be getting worst. He is now walking with a cane and his mobility is declining. The simple things he once did are now becoming difficult tasks such as walking, running, standing up, sitting down, getting in and out of a car/bed and even climbing the stairs at church. As a husband to Patrice for 32 years and father to Kyle, Kade and Koen, his family means the world to him. He enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, swimming and horse-playing with his three sons and cooking, dancing and traveling with his wife. His present state makes it very challenging to do these things now. He had to give up coaching T-Ball Baseball at Freedom Farm where his sons played for many years. This was a passion for him because it enabled him to be more than a coach to these young players. He was a mentor, supporter and father-figure to many of them. A few years ago, his job was made redundant and with this came the loss of not only his income but health insurance coverage not only for him but for his family as well. Due to this he needs your assistance to help defray the cost of his medical expenses. He is a humble, diligent and easy-going person. He has always taken care of his family and his obligations. He also helped many other people who fell on hard times. Now he is in need of help. Please assist him in regaining his mobility, strength, confidence and getting relief from this pain. All donations, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated!
