Gregg Juergens Funeral Fund

This go-fund me page has been created in support for and on behalf of the Juergens/Berg family by Melissa's best friends.

On Saturday morning, Patti and Melissa received the devastating news that their beloved rock, Gregg had unexpectedly passed away in his sleep of natural causes. They are now left reeling - trying to make arrangements and figure out how to move forward in their lives after the person who has taken care of them for the last 30+ years has left the world far, far too soon. So many of you have been asking how you can help, knowing that as much as we wish we could, there's nothing we can do to change this tragedy. However, we wanted to put this page together as they are now left with mounting funeral expenses and we want to ensure that Gregg receives the end of life services that he deserves and that Patti & Melissa want for him. All of the funds collected will go to Patti & Melissa to use as they need to get them through this.

It has been incredible to see the amount of love and support both Patti and Melissa have received since the horrible news broke. It's a testament to how many people loved and deeply cared for Gregg and his family. Anyone who had the fortune of knowing Gregg knows that he was the kindest and most generous father, son, brother, friend, coworker and all around person. He had the most infectious and goofy laugh and the biggest zest for life. I've been hearing stories from people who only met him one brief time, and yet have a very vivid and positive memory of the short time spent with him. He was the definition of a great human being and honestly just so fun to be around. I hope we can all learn from the way Gregg lived his life - with compassion for others, incredible deep love for his family (even if he tried to pretend like he was as cool as a cucumber) and a passion for experiencing all that life has to offer, from exploring the outdoors, to weekly basketball games with friends, to traveling all over the world, to spending quality time with his loved ones. Gregg did this thing called life right. We're all going to miss him more than there are words to say. Let's lift up our girls during this time and always.
