Greg Veverka - husband to one, brother to eight, father to three, grandfather to five, great-grandfather to one, and friend to a great many.
Left this earth far too early on Christmas Day.
Greg gave most of the last two decades of his life to selflessly caring for those he loved, and his legacy will forever be that of a man who put others first.
He loved a good party and yet found contentment just sitting with a beer and a friend.
Greg could tell stories for days and recount the smallest details. His laugh was contagious, his signature "Wwoow!" oh so memorable, and his love, endless.
He leaves behind his wife Kris, who has loved him for 43 years. Greg will be irreplaceable and his absence felt in every way imaginable. Our purpose of this fund is to make sure Kris doesn't have to bear more than her grief.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that those who love Greg share your condolences via this fund to make sure that all expenses related to his passing are manageable for Kris and his immediate family.
His Life Celebration will be this coming Saturday, which, how apropos, is his 71st birthday.
Greg, we find peace in knowing you'll be spending this birthday with your precious daughter Denise in heaven, and we'll make sure to make you proud with a good party down in your honor.
