Dear family, friends and others alike,
It is with great sadness we are delivering this message to all of our great family and friends who have continued to fight for Greg Miller and his battle against an aggressive Multiple Myeloma diagnosis.
Multiple Myeloma is a rare cancer of the bone marrow plasma cells. It does not allow his white blood cells to reproduce and crowds out healthy blood cells. Rather than produce healthy antibodies, the cancer cells produce abnormal proteins that cause complications. Though this is not a curable disease he will undergo a Stem Cell Transplant to prolong his life and hopefully beat the expectancy odds he has been given.
Greg has been strong, courageous and positive with the help from all of you. So many have asked how you can contribute to keep the quality of Greg’s life stable financially and emotionally. We greatly appreciate all of your love and support. His journey to fight through this will be a continued challenge in many ways. There will be prolonged need for 24-hour care and extensive medical bills. Your contribution will go directly to his medical assistance and the financials that associate with it.
We are so blessed to have so much support. As a family we have started this page so he can focus on his recovery, and not the financial burden that goes along with this unfortunate disease. We are so grateful for those of you who want to donate and keep the financial balance that Greg has worked so hard for.
