Update 4-25-25...Greg is coming home today!!! He is getting his staples out and then they can load up and head back to Clarke County! His follow up appointments can even be in Mobile and not Birmingham, great news since it will be less travel time for them. Also, the report back on the diabetes testing saying that he should have no problems! Thank you all for your prayers and every thing else, we appreciate it so very much!!

Update 4-16-25 After five days of being back in the hospital, the Doctors at UAB have it all under control! Greg has been battling internal bleeding and having to have fluid drained. He still has a ways to go for complete healing but we did get discharged from the hospital today so that makes him feel better already. We still have to stay close to UAB for a while and thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

Update:4-10-25 Everything is going good for Greg; he is still in pain of course but healing well. He has checkups every Monday and Friday. Next week will also include the sugar testing all week to make sure he will not end up a diabetic; the anti-rejection medication causes this in a lot of transplant recipients unfortunately.
