Update: The family will be having a service, a celebration of life for Greg in the next few weeks. They are being cautious due to the Corona virus and are waiting until the public is allowed to congregate. When I have the details I will post here, the Campus FB page and on Greg's FB page. Thank you all for your support for Larry, he isn't on social media but has asked me to convey his gratitude.
It is with great sadness I have to tell you that our beloved friend, Greg Keeling, has passed away by an evil cancer that he never knew he had. While Greg had some issues, like we all do, he never failed to lend a hand to someone in need, he never failed to give encouraging words to someone that needed to hear them and he loved with all of his heart.
Greg went to the hospital thinking that he was having issues from a fall that he took but after tests were ran they found it was cancer. He was supposed to start chemotherapy on 3/16 but his body just wasn't able to keep going so he was sedated about 8 days prior to give his body a rest and he never woke up.
His loving partner of 30+ years, Larry Kolzow, is obviously devastated. Greg had no medical or life insurance. It is with great hope that we can raise funds for Larry to help him in this time of need and give him time to grieve and not have to worry about money, at least for a little while.
