Greg Heath passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Monday evening, April 26th, 2021. He is survived by his amazing wife, Kat, and their two sons, Phoenix and Drake.
Greg was an incredibly talented Engineer and Leader, with a two decade career spanning numerous AAA and mobile studios across the country. Two years ago, Greg relocated his family to Austin and chose to begin the final chapter of his career at SciPlay, leading client side engineering on both the Monopoly Slots and Gold Fish Casino Slots teams.
Highly regarded by his team as “most likely to improve team morale just by showing his face”, Greg was widely respected for both his leadership and technical knowledge but also more importantly for his infectious smile, contagious high energy, incredible kindness, witty humor, and determined positivity.
We are raising funds to support his wife and children to help cover end of life expenses, as well as set up some form of foundation to support them as they begin to process, grieve, and move on from this insurmountable loss.
