Greg Coody was diagnosed with COVID-19 shortly after Thanksgiving and has fought a very hard fight with this virus until January 3, 2020, when he went home to be with The Lord. Greg leaves behind his wife, Amanda, his 4 children, and 3 grandchildren- all of whom he greatly adored. 

Over this nearly 2 month period, the family has been driving 2-4 hours almost daily. They have incurred travel expenses over this time (lodging, gas, food), as well as medical expenses, and now funeral expenses are ahead.

Greg was one of the hardest working men you'll meet and he did anything and everything he could to provide everything his family needed.  He was selfless and loved his family and Jesus more than anything. Greg and Amanda are not ones to ask anyone for anything, but are both very hard workers and are generous givers to others. This is why we are asking for them. 

Greg was a God-fearing, family man who was kind, loving, thoughtful, gentle, fun, loyal, joyful, affirming, and encouraging to those around him. 

This is the time to support the Coody family as they grieve and try to move forward in the days ahead. They need all the support we can give them through prayers, our presence to encourage them, and our financial support. As a community, let's come together and show our support of this precious family and let them know we are here for them and that they are loved and cared for.
