Deepest Sympathy of our fellow employee, Greg Coody!

Greg Coody, from Jonesboro, Louisiana passed away from complications due to CoVID-19 on January 3rd, 2021.  Greg touched many lives in his short 45 years here on earth.  He was an amazing man that loved his family, friends and more than anything else his God. If you ever had a conversation with Greg, you could not help but notice the beaming pride as he talked about his family.

He leaves behind his wife of 20 years, Amanda, two adult sons, two daughters; one in college and one a senior in high school, two grandsons and a newborn granddaughter.  Greg worked tirelessly to provide for his family.  Not only was he a dedicated Entergy employee of 15 years but he also operated multiple chicken houses as a second source of income

CoVid-19 has taken more than its share from the Coody family.  The coronavirus pandemic has caused a disruption in the country’s food supply chain which has left contract chicken growers like Greg, struggling to cover operational costs.  Unfortunately, this pandemic has left a tremendous financial and emotional strain on the Coody’s.

We, as an Entergy family, would like to honor Greg with a love donation to his family.  This donation will go directly to his family to help with medical and funeral costs, as well as any other needs they may have.  Any amount of love offering would be greatly appreciated.  We know his family will be deeply touched.  Thank you for your support!
