Greg Bacon celebration of life

Greg Bacon (56) passed away 08-17-2021 from Covid. He was a loving Husband to Sandi Bacon, Father to 3 wonderful Children, Ryan Bacon (31), Kelsi Fugit (Bacon) (26)and Zackry Bacon (18), Grandfather to Forrest Fugit (1), and Uncle to numerous nephews and a niece. He was born in Chicapee Ms. and moved to Fairfield in 1977 when his Father, (Bill Bacon) (deceased) transferred to Travis Air Force Base.

Greg had many hobbies such as hunting, fishing, and collecting baseball cards. He was constantly helping neighbors build things or fixing anything. He was a jack of all trades and an expert at most. His biggest passion besides his family was coaching his sons in Little League. He coached for 13 seasons between Vacaville and Fairfield for both of his sons. He loved all his players over the years.

Greg Bacon will be truly missed by all.

He did not want a funeral but instead a big party.

Celebration of life will be held at the Woodcreek park on Woodcreek drive in Fairfield on Sunday September 19th at noon. Bring a lawn chair and baseball glove. Please wear hunting camo or baseball attire.
