Greenwoodes farm bakery

Hi, I am opening a small to go mostly organic bakery in Hansville Washington and I need help paying for the extra cost of installing a waste water storage tank. The county will not approve of a septic system being installed, so I have to have a tank. When I first got bids for the install of the tank the installers did not think there would be any problem installing it, But the ground water is not going down to the level they need to do a simple install and they need to use bigger equipment and shoring to keep the hole open while they dig down. About double the cost of the original bid. Hansville is very small community which I think could really benefit from having a bakery producing organic baked goods both savory and sweet. I have had a Cottage foods permit for the last 5 years and have been selling from our farm and at the Poulsbo farmers market it has been going very well, so I am branching out and need some help getting started in my new location.
