Greenbriar Cafe and Coffeehouse

*** Note, we have reached our initial goal of $3,000!! Thank you to all the kind folks who helped make this happen in  the span of 48 hours!  We will keep the fund drive open for a while longer, as Meredyth and & Julian can use all the help we can give.***

For all who love and miss the sweet staff, delicious food and cheerful buzz of the Greenbriar Cafe, take heart! They've been hanging on these past 15 months, and are open for carry out every weekday, 8am - 3pm. But Covid cut deep into their savings and the loss of contact with their beloved community has taken its toll too. (For them, it was, and remains, always about the cheerful buzz.)  

Although they did not ask for this Go Fund Me drive,  owners Meredyth & Julius would "not talk us out of it if we set it up."  Specifically, we aim to help them with flexible operating expenses for needs such as payroll, maintenance, etc.  We hope to raise the funds by  June 1, 2021, if possible.

Please donate what you can. It's not just the dollars that matter, it's the message that we're still here for them and appreciate their enormous effort to stay afloat for us. This is not charity; it’s mutual aid.
