Greenacres Animal Rescue

Hello, I’m Kristina.

Over the past 20 years I’ve tried my best to raise money for animal charities, I’ve rescued dogs and cats, I’ve helped find homes for dogs needing a new loving family. Each year, I do something just as crazy as the last. This year is probably the craziest thing I’ve ever done.

Tomorrow I will be embarking on the craziest adventure of my life. Myself and group of others are hiking Mt Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains. It’s the highest peak in North Africa. To say I’m a little bit scared would be a massive understatement!

I’m doing this to raise money for a local animal charity, Greenacres Animal Rescue. They work day in, day out trying their best to save as many animals as possible on very little resources. Vet bills being the biggest issue.

I would be so grateful if you could all help me raise as much money as possible for them over the next 5 days.

There won’t be any signal where I am, so coming home after a gruelling few days in the sweltering heat and freezing cold temperatures on the summit. With blisters and tired legs. It would make me so happy to see that we’ve all rallied together to raise as much money as possible.
