Great Yarmouth Swimming Club Fundraiser

Great Yarmouth Swimming Club is a voluntary run club for keen swimmers who enjoy a sport which helps them mentally and physically. 

We have a variety of abilities and ages within our club ranging from learn to swim to regional level competitions.

As a club we wish to raise funds to help with pool hire costs and monthly fees. Due to covid-19 we as a club and like many others have had to pause meaning no fundshave been coming in. We returned for a short while from August to end of October but again had to pause due to another lockdown. During the short time we returned, we had to run on limited numbers for the club meaning pool hire costs and monthly fees outweighed the subscriptios that were being paid. 

This leaves us as a club, finding ways to raise funds so when we return we can start up and are ready to role. 

Our club, including coaches, swimmers, parents, grandparents and carers are doing a mixture of running, walking, cycling or any form of exercise to help keep our swimmers fit and healthy whilst we can’t train. We are all racking up the miles between now and 31st December to help raise funds.
