Great south run for Sheep Ahoy

It's that time of year again when me and my dad do a super long run together. This year we will be doing the Great South 10-mile run. I have the rather ambitious goal of completing the 10 miles without walking (whilst dressed in a sheep costume), so I am sure to gather a few laughs on the day.

This year we're raising for:
SHEEP AHOY AKA OLI'S GANG: Sheep Ahoy Animal Rescue is a charity based in Kent which takes in and cares for ill, neglected or abandoned sheep and goats and rehabilitates them. I first came into contact with Sheep Ahoy through work at a local school for children on the autism spectrum. Many of the young people I work with love going to Sheep Ahoy to gain experience with and caring for animals. This time of year is especially tough as animal feed prices increase, so any donations for the charity would be so so welcomed and appreciated.
The rescue promotes humane treatment to animals and educates the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare.
The charity uses all monies raised totally for the welfare of the sheep and goats and none goes to staff who provide their time voluntarily.
Funds are raised by the Sheep Sponsorship Scheme, Open Days and attending events.

Thank you in advance for any help and donations! Please take a look on the charity website ( https://www.sheepahoy.org.uk/about-us/ ) for ways to help or get involved
