Hello,

My name is Ben Knox, and on the 5th of October I’ll be taking part in the AJ Bell Great Scottish Run. This year, I’ve chosen to raise funds for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.

I sadly lost one of my close friends recently, and she was a proud ambassador for this incredible charity. Supporting them feels like a meaningful way to honour her memory and continue the work she cared so deeply about.

Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity funds vital medical equipment, ground-breaking research, and essential play and family support services for the 160,000 children cared for at the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow every year.

Your generosity will help make a real difference to the lives of these young patients and their families.
