Having never been a fitness fanatic or even had the slightest interest in fitness up until 2 years ago, I am embarking on my most mentally and physically challenging journey yet.

I am entering in the York Sundown Triathlon 70.3 in September 2026. In addition to challenging myself in a number of ways, I am using this opportunity to raise funds for an incredible foundation that helps saves lives of children and young people across the country.

I have seen firsthand how incredible they are in their work as 12 years ago, when my little brother was born with a severe life threatening heart defect, and all odds were against him from the moment he was born, they have managed to give him a chance of living. They supported my parents in the most difficult time any parent could ever face and I hope their foundation may continue to exist for a long time to come.
