Great North Run for The Kirkwood Hospice

Myself and James will be running The Great North Run on Sunday 8th September 2024. We will both be running this half marathon on behalf of The Kirkwood Hospice.

On 11/01/24 my beautiful auntie, Michelle passed away following her battle with cancer. Michelle got her wish and died peacefully and with dignity in the care of staff at The Kirkwood Hospice. The staff are extremely dedicated, hardworking and compassionate. We are thankful to the staff for the care they offered to Michelle in the final days of her life.

The Kirkwood Hospice care for those with life limiting illnesses. The Hospice provides a variety of services to support both patients and their families during these difficult times. As a local charity they rely on generosity of people to keep offering their care to those in need.

Please help James and I to raise money for this amazing charity, which sits very close to our hearts and wish us luck with the run!
