My Great North Run 2025 for the Geordie Bulldog Rescue

Hey everyone, for those that don’t know me I am Steve“Herbie”Hancock every year I try to raise money for a worthy charity providing me with the drive and enthusiasm to train for an event, this year I will be running the GNR half marathon in a bulldog costume for the Geordie Bulldog Springboard Rescue.

I am a volunteer with this charity and am overwhelmed with the support it provides to bulldogs that can no longer be homed by their owners for many reasons.

More information about Geordie Bullies Springboard Rescue: We are a Breed Specific English bulldog Rescue , we rescue rehabilitate and rehome English bulldogs at Risk . We have a network of Volunteer Foster homes throughout the UK who care for our bulldogs whilst we medically and temperament assess our dogs before looking for their perfect forever homes . All of our bulldogs are spayed and neutered prior to rehoming .
