Emergency Surgery Required

Mountain Dan was hit by a vehicle last Sunday and was left in a ditch, bleeding, with two broken legs. He requires an orthopedic surgeon to repair his injuries and is currently being kept comfortable at a local vet until his transport to Woodstock on Monday, 1/16/2023, for surgery.

These repairs come with a substantial estimate of $13,000 and we need your help to make this happen. This estimate includes his current hospital stay, pre-anesthetic blood work, surgery (right femoral fracture repair and splint bandage placement for the right thoracic limb), overnight hospitalization, medications, and post-op with radiographs to monitor healing.

Mountain Dan has been nothing but sweet, even before he was receiving the pain meds to keep him comfortable and deserves this healing opportunity.
