
Graze & Gather KC - Building Fund
Hi friends!
Graze & Gather KC is getting its own building!! I can't even believe it's happening. I've been so blessed and grateful for all the support I've received from my community thus far.
My name is Lena and I started G&G last October, in the middle of the pandemic. I have used an amazing shared kitchen space for the past 10 months, and have been so lucky to have such a great space at my disposal. The next step in my journey of growth is moving into my own storefront. Somewhere that is closer to home and that I have access to at any hour on any day. My goal is to be able to take as many orders as possible, as I hate turning down my customers due to space and time issues.
There are a lot of costs involved when moving from a shared kitchen space to my own store front. I must purchase all of the equipment to furnish the new building. This will include refrigeration, prep tables, display cases, tables, a dish sink, and prep sink. But there are also a lot of small costs that add up quickly - required signage for the front of the building, cleaning and sanitation supplies, shelving, dish sinks with soap/towel dispensers, trash cans, cash registers, etc. So, I am reaching out to my community in hopes that I can cut these costs a bit.
