For those that do not know me, my name is Graye Leigh. I own “Boop & Zoom In-Home Dog Grooming” - however after a car accident last year that rendered my disability to be much worse, and my car unable to drive, I have been unable to continue this business venture. I am currently waiting on my disability application to be assigned to an adjudicator, as I had originally applied with my lawyer last year in March of 2025.

Last year in June, I was in a car accident. This vehicle was how I was able to get to and from work, all of my doctor’s appointments, to do laundry, buy groceries, get to the pharmacy, as well as all of my other life responsibilities. I am disabled and an ambulatory wheelchair user. I am also on TPN (total parenteral nutrition) and the cost to transport myself to the doctor multiple times a week for management of this is quickly adding up.

I live on my own and support 3 very sweet dogs. My family has helped me as much as humanly possible, but I am at a point of needing serious financial assistance regarding the aftermath of the accident and fixing this car. I have had some very kind people reach out with an offer to help me fix it and get it back on the road for low cost. However with no income and no disability pay, I am unable to pay even the basic repairs to get it driving again.

Without reliable transportation, I am unable to find even a simple part time job, to help support myself and my pups.
