Gravesite Memorial and Burial for David

Donation protected
David Dula-Kurtz will be making his 5th and final trip to Tampa, Florida on January 2nd, 2021 where he will be laid to rest on January 9th, 2021.  In the last 3 years, he learned that Florida was an exciting place for him, full of family and new opportunities. It was a place where he felt at home and planned to relocate to.  Throughout the last 3 years David reconnected with family he knew and family he was just meeting in Tampa. His Father, Charles Dula, hosted and accompanied David many times as he explored opportunities and possibilities in order to create a foundation of his own in the Tampa Bay area. Before he was able to move, he lost his battle with Bi-Polar Depression and completed suicide.

During his visits, he spent time with his Stepmother (LeFlorence Dula pictured above with David), going to lunch, dinner and the beach. Unfortunately and unexpectedly, his 2019 visit was to attend his Stepmother’s Memorial Services.

David was such a compassionate and generous person. He was a graduate of Madison East High School and Madison College with two associate degrees.

David was an amazing and gifted artist and had a love for family and high-end sport cars; he got to drive and see many while in Tampa.  One of his cousins was mentoring him in creating his own business and helping him make connections with other entrepreneurs in the area. These experiences increased his “Florida Fever” more than ever.  He was excited to build upon his graphic design clientele and expand his own knowledge of entrepreneurship.

His final resting place will be along side his Aunt and Stepmother.  A Memorial Service in Madison, WI will be held prior to his arrival in Tampa.

After being transported to Tampa, he will be laid to rest at Rest Haven Memorial Park (4615 E Hanna Ave, Tampa FL, 33610) following a Gravesite Ceremony, allowing his loving family there to pay their final respects.  Along with the ceremony, a head stone will be placed.  Date of service has not been determined due to uncertainty of when his remains will be transported.

David did not have life insurance or savings, so the family is asking for help with his burial, headstone and final relocation.  Any amount can help and is greatly appreciated. Charles Dula (his Father) will be handling all financial donations for his burial services.
